Auction items donated by both individuals and business will be critical to the success of the UPBC Auction fundraiser! We appreciate your interest in participating and look forward to hearing about the items that you wish to donate.
Each donated item should be accompanied by an Auction Donation Form. CLICK HERE to download a copy of this form.
In addition to providing documentation for each donation, this Form will help the Planning Team to understand the retail value of each item so that we can set the minimum bidding prices accordingly. If you wish to receive a receipt from UPBC for these tax-deductible donations, you must complete and submit an Auction Donation Form for each item being donated. Items received without a Form will not be issued a receipt. Receipts will be mailed after the event on May 10th.
As a formality, our Auction Planning Team is reviewing each donated item (from both individuals and businesses) to insure that all of our items are consistent in their quality and condition. We fully expect that your items will be a great asset to the Auction, but think it's important that we practice due diligence and consider each item carefully as donations are being gathered.
