Table Sponsor Details

Our Table Sponsors will play a vital role in finding guests to attend this event! In addition to raising funds for the Retreat Center, we are thrilled for the opportunity to introduce NEW people to an organization that they may not currently be familiar with. Please review the Table Sponsor details given below (paying special attention to the deadlines!) and let us know if you have any follow up questions.

BECOME A TABLE SPONSOR
- TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE and we've already begun taking orders!!
- To reserve your table (8 seats), email Kara Warren at akwarren01@hotmail.com

COST AND PAYMENT
- The cost of a sponsored table is $240 and payment is due by Saturday, April 12th
- Payment should be made out to: UP Bible Camp, and you must reference "Auction" in the memo of your payment
- Payment should be mailed to: UPBC, 48095 Powell Rd., Plymouth, MI 48170
- Please note: the purchase of tickets for the Auction & Dinner is NOT a tax deductible gift since a service is being rendered in exchange for the monies being given

INVITATION PACKET
- Your Invitation Packet will arrive by Saturday, April 19th and is designed to be a confirmation piece for those guests that have already committed to attending this event
- Your Invitation Packet will include formal Invitations for each couple or individual that will be attending the event with you.
- Please submit your guest's names by Saturday, April 12th (for Invitation Packet and Table Seating purposes)

PAYMENT FOR AUCTION ITEMS
- Guests should expect to leave the Auction with their purchased items in hand (with a few exceptions for certain items)
- Payment will be due at the conclusion of the event - we will accept Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard
